10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Somatic Breathwork with Christine May
A powerful journey with the breath that will deeply touch and move you, opening new spaces within you. [Register]

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Book presentation with Christine May
Christine will present her new book, "Unleash your wild heart: Inspire your soul with yoga, breathwork, and rituals," and provide insights into the topics that move and inspire her. Free of charge - no registration required.

12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch break
Enjoy vegetarian, vegan, or traditional dishes in the Kaiserlodge restaurant.

1:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.: All-Chakra Yoga with Katharina
A practice that addresses all energy centers, harmonizes, and brings you into balance. [Register]

2:30 p.m. – 3:20 p.m.: Somatic Movement with Christine May
Immerse yourself in mindful, intuitive movements and feel your body and soul come into harmony. [Register]

3:30 p.m. – 4:20 p.m.: Yin Moves with Tania
A blend of Yin Yoga with muscle release techniques, somatic movements, mindfulness, and energetic work. [Register]

4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Binding Incense Bundles with Babsi
Get creative and create your own incense bundle – a special ritual for at home. [Register]

Cost: € 79.00 per person (excluding breakfast and lunch). You can also book each session individually. Optionally, you can start the day with a feel-good breakfast at the Kaiserlodge (€ 25.00).
