Celebrations in the Wilder Kaiser region
#evenbetterinreality
In summertime, weekly village evenings are held in the villages of the Wilder Kaiser region. Each features its own individual flair. The purpose is to foster friendships with guests and for them to better get to know Tirolean culture through music, dance and they enjoyment of local food and regional ingredients.
The Ellmau Summer Nightsevents invite guests to stroll and enjoy live music with various food & drink stands. On Wednesdays at the Z’sammkemma events in Söll, the village centre is transformed into a promenade featuring a traditional costume group. Meanwhile, the Bundesmusikkapelle brass band sets the tone on Thursday evenings during the Scheffau Village Evening events. On five Friday evenings, the village of Going will celebrate old crafts, delicacies and folk music at the handicraft market at the idyllic church square. The Kirchtagsfestl parish fair in September is a fitting close to the traditional event calendar.
The Wilder Kaiser region is nestled in the heart of the Alps, where tradition and customs are still authentically practised. Gladly sharing this feeling of home, allowing guests to experience a piece of authentic Tirol together, is part of what we do.
