The aim of the Personal regional project is to offer local people attractive local jobs and to make it easier for tourism operations to find and retain staff. Market research, regional bonus programmes and new working models are the focus here.

  • The Kaiserschaft is a group of hoteliers and entrepreneurs from the region who are committed to working in tourism in a desirable and fun way.
  • With the StaffCard in hand, employees in the region receive financial benefits and, above all, access to an extensive recreational and continuing education programme.
  • Wilder Kaiser recruiting coach Max Prodinger and the platform help hotels and restaurateurs to find employees quickly and without hassle.
  • The "KaiserEDU Talentewerkstatt" (talent workshop) is a training campaign that was launched in the Wilder Kaiser region. The "Kaiserschaft" started a training course for those making a career change in order to support the catering and hotel industries and job seekers from the region. Trainings take place directly at the Kaiserschaft member companies.
