Varied yoga class combining different forms of yoga, suitable for
- Beginners and people aged 60
- Men and women of all ages
- Anyone who wants to do something good for their body, mind, and soul
No previous experience necessary
Traditional yoga consists of various elements designed to bring the mind, body, and soul into harmony. Regular practice gives you strength, helps you expand your personal limits at your own pace, and gives you new opportunities and energy to discover more in different areas of your life. In this course, breathing exercises as well as static and dynamic physical exercises are practiced to train body and self-awareness. The body is gently warmed up, stretched, and strengthened.
A mixture of:
- Vinyasa yoga flows: Mobilizing physical exercises/asanas to the rhythm of the breath
- Hatha yoga: Strengthening asanas to improve balance
- Yin yoga elements: relaxing stretches for greater flexibility
- Breathing exercises/pranayama
Guided final relaxation/shavasana with autosuggestions/affirmations

Please bring: non-slip yoga mat, blanket, small firm cushion
Cost: Single session € 15; 10-session block € 120; 5-session block € 70
Duration/period: every Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
