Happy Morning - Hiking and yoga at sunrise

Experience a unique morning hike with yoga on the Biedringer Platte. As the sun rises, we climb to a viewpoint at 1,224 metres. Once at the top, we welcome the day together with a flowing yoga practice that is suitable for all levels. Afterwards, there is a pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, followed by a cocoa ritual in which you set an intention for yourself. You take this intention with you into the concluding metta meditation (Buddhist meditation for a loving attitude towards yourself and the world) - and then let it resonate within you as we hike back to the starting point through the light-flooded forest in the morning. Immerse yourself in the harmony of breath, movement, nature and relaxation - a perfect start to the day.

You need: hiking clothes suitable for the weather, hiking boots (light ones are sufficient), water bottle, small snack and a mug for the cocoa ritual. Please take warm clothes with you so that you don't get cold during the meditation. We will hand out yoga mats before the hike, but you are also welcome to bring your own
