Experience a unique morning hike with yoga at a power spot.
We will climb a viewpoint while the sun rises. Upon reaching the top, we will welcome the day together with a flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels. This will be followed by a Pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, and a cacao ritual where you set an intention for yourself. You will carry this intention into the concluding Metta meditation (Buddhist meditation for a loving attitude toward yourself and the world) - which will resonate within you as we hike...
