Die Schernthanners:
Berta & Hans, die Seniors, immer aktiv! Berta in der Gästebetreuung am Stammtisch und Hans, immer um Haus, Hof und vor allem seine "Butterhirschen"(Kühe) besorgt, dabei selbstverständlich immer für einen „Ratscher“ zu haben.
Die Blankenhorns:
Evelyn & Marcus, beide stets mit einem offenen Ohr für unsere Gäste da. Evelyn, die gute Fee des Hauses, immer dort; "wo der Hut brennt". Hauptverantwortlich für die Reception, Anregungen und Wünsche der Gäste. Marcus, der Küchenchef, sorgt mit seiner Mannschaft für das kulinarische Wohl. Am liebsten kocht er mit regionalen Produkten von heimischen Produzenten und Bauern.
Johannes, Theresa und Florian, die dritte Generation.
Alle drei mit der Begeisterung für die Landwirtschaft und Gastronomie.
Johannes, unser Nachfolger für Haus und Hof, 2019 mit erfolgreichem Diplomabschluss "Ursprung", der höheren Bundeslehranstalt für Landwirtschaft in Elixhausen bei Salzburg.
Theresa mit Schulabschluss der Landwirtschaftlichen Landeslehranstalt "Weitau" in St. Johann in Tirol; danach erfolgreicher Lehrabschluss als Hotel- und Gastgewerbeasisstentin und derzeit Rezeptionistin sowie Mädchen für alles bei uns im Gasthof Oberstegen.
Florian, macht eine 5-jährige Ausbildung in der Höheren Lehranstalt für Tourismus in St. Johann; diese wird beendet mit der Reife- und Diplomprüfung (EU-weite Anerkennung).
Nicht zu vergessen, unsere ganzjährig betriebene Landwirtschaft mit 15 Milchkühen und 15 Jungrinder, welche die Sommermonate (Ende Mai bis Ende September) auf unserer Grießenboden- Alm in Fieberbrunn verbringen.
