If you are coming from Kufstein, take road no B173 in direction St. Johann. After 10 km drive in direction Söll center. In the center drive in direction gondola station (at the roundabout). Follow the street about 250m and on the right hand side you’ll see our hotel.

Im Gesamten war unser Aufenthalt gut. Es gab einige Kleinigkeiten, die uns gestört haben: der Infinitypool, war ein normaler Außenpool, die Saunahandtücher waren normale Badetücher und damit zu klein, die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs waren uns zu spät, das Buffet wurde ab einer Stunde vor Ende nicht mehr aufgefüllt, unser Zimmer hatte kein „bitte nicht stören“ Schild, das Zimmer hat leider teilweise trotz geschlossener Fenster nach Rauch gerochen, der Kellner war überaus höflich aber sehr unnahbar. Was uns auch gestört hat waren die Kinder im Saunabereich, sowie im Außenpool. Es fällt schwer zu entspannen, wenn Kinder rennen und schreien. Toll waren der Wellnessbereich und dessen Ausstattung, die Einrichtung und die Höflichkeit vor allem der Zimmermädchen. Auch schön war, dass am Geburtstag der Tisch hübsch hergerichtet wurde und man ein Stück Kuchen und liqueur bekam sowie von der Juniorchefin gratuliert wurde. Die Rezeption war überaus nett und auch für Späßchen zu haben, was einem ein Gefühl des Willkommenseins vermittelt hat.

Wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer top, Lage perfekt, freundliches Personal , toller Pool und top Sauna , Essen und Versorgung würden wir keine volle Punktzahl geben ( war oft kalt, am Buffet wurde vieles lange nicht aufgefüllt ) Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch !

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Hexenalm in Söll. Schon beim Reinkommen ist man begeistert. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im hoteleigenen Shop gibt es sogar Bergdoktor-Fanartikel. An der Rezeption kann man die Bergbahn-Tickets zum vergünstigten Preis bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schick eingerichtet. Der Wellness-Bereich ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Zwei Dampfbäder und vier Saunen laden zum Verweilen nach der Bergtour ein. Das Kinderbecken sowie das Becken für die Erwachsene sind in einem anderen Bereich untergebracht. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann entspannen. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder Halbpension buchen. Der Nachmittags-Snack von 15 bis 16 Uhr ist ebenfalls bei HP inklusive. Für die Kinder werden täglich Aktivitäten angeboten.

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Unschön ist, dass sich direkt am Haus eine Apres Ski Bar befindet, die sehr lange laute Musik spielt, was im Apartment auch zu hören ist, bis die Bar gegen 24 Uhr schließt. Deshalb finde ich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft,die Lage, der Service im Hotel einfach Top ☆☆☆☆☆, Kinder Betreung sehr gut 👍. Das tägliche Frühstück und die HP die wir hatten, einfach wow 5☆☆☆☆☆. Den Koch muss unbedingt gehalten werden. Das Personal immer freundlich, die Atmosphäre einfach Familiär und einladend. Wir haben nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wer sich verwöhnen lassen will und die Seele Baumen lassen will ist hier genau Richtig. So weiter mache 😀

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Top Lage für Ausflüge und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden die Hexenalm und die Hexenzeit sowie die Ferienregion Wilder Kaiser auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.👍🏻

schlecht regelbare Heizung/Klima im Zimmer. Dadurch war es nachts beinahe unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Eine Erklärung/Einweisung zu der Anlage wäre wünschenswert. Außer Tischtennis waren alle Angebote im Jugendzimmer mit Zusatzkosten verbunden. Auch das fanden wir nicht wirklich schön! Neben dem super netten Service im gesamten Hotel fanden wir den Saunabereich richtig richtig gut. 👍👍👍 Natürlich auch beide Pools und den Ruhebereich

Wir haben Mitte August einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern gebucht mit "3/4 - Pension". Es ist hier ein Spagat zwischen schönem komfortablen Urlaub mit ausgezeichnetem Ambiente und "Familienhotel" absolut gelungen. Daher kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Das 5-Gänge Menü ist eine tolle Idee und weckt eine besondere Vorfreude. Hier könnte sich die bereits gute Küche noch steigern. Alles war gut und wir waren zufrieden, Kleinigkeiten machen auf diesem guten Niveau aber vielleicht den Unterschied. Hier das Gute einfach noch besser zu machen setzt der Küche und somit dem Erlebnis im Hotel sicher eine Krone auf. Nachmittags eine etwas größere Kuchenauswahl wäre auch eine Anregung. Nicht steigerbar ist für die Kinder die Benutzung der Poollandschaft! Die urige Alm und das gesamte Thema im Hotel ist sehr gelungen.

Das Appartement war spitzenmäßig. Genau nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist verbesserungsfähig ... es war nicht immer ein Stellplatz frei.

Wir waren im Appartementhaus Hexenzeit untergebracht. Das Appartement Rubinia war riesig, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich wohl fühlen konnte. Einzig den Teppichboden würde ich persönlich entfernen. Aber das ist Ansichtssache. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Freundlichkeit und der Service sind außergewöhnlich. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Den einzigen ehrlichen Abstrich muss ich beim Speisesaal vom Hexenblick machen. Der ist nicht wirklich gemütlich. Aber das Essen wiederum ist Klasse!

Die Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren alle sehr freundlich und nett. Das Angebot für Kinder (Filmabend, Spielgeräte) ist gut. Sehr gute Auswahl am Abendbuffet.
