A warm welcome to our hotels "Hexenalm", situated in a sunny location, next to the Soell gondola station, at the foot of the Bergwelt walking area and the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, and only 5 minutes walking distance from the center.

Comfortable, Tyrolean-styled or "anno 1700" styled rooms with balcony, sat tv, telephone, internet connection, radio, safe, hairdryer, shower/bath and toilet.

After an exciting day enjoy the cosy atmosphere in our restaurant, with its traditional and varied meals...

Our appartements Hexenzeit are situated in Stampfanger 1, directly on the "sunny"roundabout next to the center, 400 m to our hotel, 500 m to the gondola station.

If you are coming from Kufstein, take road no B173 in direction St. Johann. After 10 km drive in direction Söll center. In the center drive in direction gondola station (at the roundabout). Follow the street about 250m and on the right hand side you’ll see our hotel.

Wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer top, Lage perfekt, freundliches Personal , toller Pool und top Sauna , Essen und Versorgung würden wir keine volle Punktzahl geben ( war oft kalt, am Buffet wurde vieles lange nicht aufgefüllt ) Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch !

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Hexenalm in Söll. Schon beim Reinkommen ist man begeistert. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im hoteleigenen Shop gibt es sogar Bergdoktor-Fanartikel. An der Rezeption kann man die Bergbahn-Tickets zum vergünstigten Preis bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schick eingerichtet. Der Wellness-Bereich ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Zwei Dampfbäder und vier Saunen laden zum Verweilen nach der Bergtour ein. Das Kinderbecken sowie das Becken für die Erwachsene sind in einem anderen Bereich untergebracht. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann entspannen. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder Halbpension buchen. Der Nachmittags-Snack von 15 bis 16 Uhr ist ebenfalls bei HP inklusive. Für die Kinder werden täglich Aktivitäten angeboten.

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Unschön ist, dass sich direkt am Haus eine Apres Ski Bar befindet, die sehr lange laute Musik spielt, was im Apartment auch zu hören ist, bis die Bar gegen 24 Uhr schließt. Deshalb finde ich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft,die Lage, der Service im Hotel einfach Top ☆☆☆☆☆, Kinder Betreung sehr gut 👍. Das tägliche Frühstück und die HP die wir hatten, einfach wow 5☆☆☆☆☆. Den Koch muss unbedingt gehalten werden. Das Personal immer freundlich, die Atmosphäre einfach Familiär und einladend. Wir haben nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wer sich verwöhnen lassen will und die Seele Baumen lassen will ist hier genau Richtig. So weiter mache 😀

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Top Lage für Ausflüge und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden die Hexenalm und die Hexenzeit sowie die Ferienregion Wilder Kaiser auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.👍🏻

schlecht regelbare Heizung/Klima im Zimmer. Dadurch war es nachts beinahe unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Eine Erklärung/Einweisung zu der Anlage wäre wünschenswert. Außer Tischtennis waren alle Angebote im Jugendzimmer mit Zusatzkosten verbunden. Auch das fanden wir nicht wirklich schön! Neben dem super netten Service im gesamten Hotel fanden wir den Saunabereich richtig richtig gut. 👍👍👍 Natürlich auch beide Pools und den Ruhebereich

Wir haben Mitte August einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern gebucht mit "3/4 - Pension". Es ist hier ein Spagat zwischen schönem komfortablen Urlaub mit ausgezeichnetem Ambiente und "Familienhotel" absolut gelungen. Daher kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Das 5-Gänge Menü ist eine tolle Idee und weckt eine besondere Vorfreude. Hier könnte sich die bereits gute Küche noch steigern. Alles war gut und wir waren zufrieden, Kleinigkeiten machen auf diesem guten Niveau aber vielleicht den Unterschied. Hier das Gute einfach noch besser zu machen setzt der Küche und somit dem Erlebnis im Hotel sicher eine Krone auf. Nachmittags eine etwas größere Kuchenauswahl wäre auch eine Anregung. Nicht steigerbar ist für die Kinder die Benutzung der Poollandschaft! Die urige Alm und das gesamte Thema im Hotel ist sehr gelungen.

Wir waren im Appartementhaus Hexenzeit untergebracht. Das Appartement Rubinia war riesig, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich wohl fühlen konnte. Einzig den Teppichboden würde ich persönlich entfernen. Aber das ist Ansichtssache. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Freundlichkeit und der Service sind außergewöhnlich. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Den einzigen ehrlichen Abstrich muss ich beim Speisesaal vom Hexenblick machen. Der ist nicht wirklich gemütlich. Aber das Essen wiederum ist Klasse!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Direkt am Lift und an der Piste. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben in einer kleinen Suite übernachtet mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Wir können mit gutem Gefühl das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die Matrazen sollten langsam ausgetauscht werden. Die Reinigungskraft hat gut geputzt, hat leider auch eine kleine Tüte mit Spilzeugen mit weggeschmissen. Die Tüte war auf dem Tisch, ist plötzlich verschwunden. Leider. Wir hoffen, es war keine Absicht und würden gerne noch mal kommen. Familie Kratzsch aus München

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist wie ich finde die doch sehr überhöhten Preise der Seilbahnen. Im Winter mag das in Ordnung sein wenn man 10 oder mehr Abfahrten hinlegt aber im Sommer einmal den Berg hoch steht das leider in keinem Verhältnis. Gruß Frank Heimbach

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Einrichtung unserer Wohnung ist, abgesehen vom Bad, eher "nostalgisch". Die gemeldeten Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns gepasst. Auch der Abschied war wieder sehr freundlich.

Hallo! Hotel war super. Essen sehr gut. Personal freundlich. Leider hatte ich am Dienstag einen Skiunfall und konnte den Rest es Urlaubs nicht mehr Skifahren und mein Sohn auch nicht weil durch den Unfall bedingt unsere Ski noch in Brixen standen. Die Rückerstattung der Skipässe von nur ca.90€, für drei Tage die wir beide nicht mehr Skifahren konnten, bei ein Gesamtpreis von 469€ ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Schließlich konnten wir die Hälfte der Zeit die Skipässe nicht mehr nutzen. Die Hexenalm würde ich sofort wieder buchen, jedoch das Skigebiet wahrscheinlich nicht mehr. Obwohl wir seit ca. 20 Jahren in der Skiwelt waren. Viele Grüße

Die Mitarbeiter die für uns gearbeitet haben, waren hoch motiviert und sehr freundlich. Weiter so. Das Zimmer wurde wegen der Bad/Dusche Konstruktion etwas schlechter gewertet. Die Glaswand Dusche Schlafraum finde ich weniger gut, da in der Nacht beim Einschalten des Badlichtes der Schlafraum auch beleuchtet wird.

We were really satisfied. Some improvement potentials: Unfortunately we could not use the welcome drink vouchers , besauce we are not smokers and in the bar there were lots of people smoking.:-( One Evening the service was really-really slow at teh dinner, we used up 2 hours, and we got the fealing that the waitress has forgot about us. But overall everything was amaiizing.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, wie schön und familienfreundlich das Angebot war. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Leider waren einige Almen und Hütten noch nicht geöffnet, hier hätte man sich am Parkplatz oder der Talstation eine entsprechende Information gewünscht.
