A Morning at the Conservation Farm Artenreich

Discover the diversity at the nature conservation farm. The product of the farm of the two farmers Maria and Harald is biodiversity. This ranges from colourful flowers and native hedges to butterflies and bats. The aim of the nature conservation farm is to preserve and create new habitats.

During the morning, the path leads over flowering areas, through the orchard and farm garden to the natural pond and ends at the dry stone wall. Along this path, you will learn about numerous nature conservation measures that have been implemented on the farm in recent years. To ensure that the animal world is not neglected, sheep, chickens and cats are also present on the farm. There will also be tips and tricks on how everyone can contribute to nature conservation in their own garden or on their balcony.

Depending on the season, there are different topics. It is either about natural gardening, the species-rich flowering meadow, how to build an insect hotel or how to make a jumper out of sheep's wool.

Registration: by 3:00 p.m. the day before online or at the Wilder Kaiser Tourist Info.
Participants: min. 4 - max. 15 persons (Children 7 yrs and older)
Price: free of charge (participation only with Wilder Kaiser GästeCard) - depending on the topic, there will be a charge of approx. 10 euros for materials.
Payment of material costs: in cash, on site with Maria
What to bring: good shoes, snack and drink, sun cream, rain protection and lots of good humour!
Duration: 10:20 a.m. - approx. 12:30 p.m.

This programme only takes place in German!

This programme is exclusively for guests of the Wilder Kaiser region with accommodation in the towns of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau or Söll. Only here will you receive the Wilder Kaiser GästeCard free of charge on arrival, which must be shown at registration or at the meeting point. Participation in the programme is at your own risk. Programme subject to change!

If something unforeseen happens, cancellation is possible up to 3:00 pm the day before.
Cancellations after this time will be charged with a lump sum of € 5,-- per person.
