Ferienhaus Pletzer

The Ferienhaus Pletzer is located directly in front of the Wilder Kaiser, which can be fully admired from the living and dining room. Generally, the Ferienhaus Pletzer is situated in a location that has good transport connections. The Wilder Kaiser in the north, the Astberg in the south. The Ferienhaus Pletzer is located above or, respectively, behing a small car service station at the border to the Goinger Au. The Astbergbahn in Going (access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental) is approx. 1km away and the bus stop for the ski bus can be found within 300 m. A quiet meadow with a river is located just behind the house, which invites you to take a stroll – in winter as well as in summer. The centre of the village can be reached within a walking distance of 7-8 minutes, perfect to enjoy events such as Going live or an open-air concert. The centre of the village of Ellmau – which is the neighbouring village – can be reached within a 15 minutes’ walk. The holiday home has a spacious garden, in which you can have a barbecue in summer. Generally, you can enjoy the sun in the morning as well as in the evening. However, it is especially cosy in the garden in the evening because it faces western direction. Parking spaces are available outside for up to 3 cars.

The holiday home is let as of winter 2021 and has hence been renovated recently. A tastefully designed wardrobe with old wood leads to the 1st floor where you will find the master bedroom (Swiss pine bed) with its own dressing room and the bathroom with “Rauriser stone”, wellness shower, double washbasin and bathtub. In addition, there is a separate toilet and an ironing room on the 1st floor. The 2nd staircase leads to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is very spaciously designed to create delicious dishes for your loved ones. The absolute highlight of the holiday home is the dining area. From there you can enjoy a 180 degree panoramic view of the Wilder Kaiser. Between the kitchen and the dining area is a cosy fireplace, which provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere. In addition, one can slumber on the stove bench on this floor. If you climb the 3rd staircase of the house, you will reach the 2nd floor. There are 2 more bedrooms with a view of the Astberg and the living room with a view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Astberg.
