Just over an hour from Innsbruck, Salzburg and Munich, the Kaiser Mountains rise in the eastern part of Tyrol. The Wilder Kaiser massif stretches roughly between Kitzbühel and Kufstein, with the four Kaiser towns – Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll – nestled on its sunny side.
