Hiking in the Wilder Kaiser

Walking trails, walking tips and mountain hikes in the Kaiser Mountains

The striking rock formations of the Kaiser Mountains are the symbol of the Wilder Kaiser region in Tyrol. Through mountain forests, then alpine meadows and finally scree slopes dotted with mountain pine, hiking and mountain trails lead to the foot of steep rock faces and up to imposing summits. The gently sloping grassy mountains of the Northern Kitzbühel Alps, situated opposite, are much easier to explore thanks to gondola lifts and panoramic trails. They offer spectacular views of the rocky summit of the Wilder Kaiser.

Explore the Wilder Kaiser region in Tyrol, Austria, and experience the diverse and fascinating landscape on a variety of hiking and mountain trails.
