Holidays in Söll

The first edition of the book series "Momentum" portrays the 36 alpine huts in Söll with their families. On the lovingly designed pages you get to know the local men and women and learn exciting details about the huts.

In Söll eight independent distilleries (7 Edelbrand Sommeliers) have joined a unique project, called Söll Brand Club 55, that creates one bottle of entirely Söll based ingredients.
Water, fruits and a lot of passion for the overall “Edelbrand” drinks.

The Söll Brand itself is a Cuvee of apple, pears, plums and a little sort of plum that is very regional only. Available at the Wine Atelier Agnes (in Söll or online).

50 restaurant owners are portrayed in words and pictures in the second edition of the "Momentum" series. On more than 100 beautifully designed pages you can learn exciting details about the houses and above all the people who make them the hospitable places they are.
