What makes Söll special is the combination of authentic Tyrolean culture and a lively atmosphere. Local traditions are actively practised here, whilst numerous events and experiences ensure there is plenty of variety. Highlights such as the Hexenwasser, the Hohe Salve with its unique panoramic views, and the proximity to well-known filming locations from the TV series *Der Bergdoktor* lend the village additional charm.
Added to this is the warm hospitality that can be felt everywhere – in the local businesses, at the mountain huts and amongst the locals. It is precisely this blend that makes Söll a place you’ll want to return to.

In Söll, as well as enjoying the sensational variety of cuisine – whether in the valley or up in the mountains – you can also discover the impressive mountain scenery on a hike, experience the popular Hexenwasser spring, and enjoy Tyrolean culture up close at traditional events.
In winter, our guests can ski on perfectly groomed slopes or whizz down the toboggan runs on a sledge. A magical winter wonderland awaits the little ones, featuring a natural ice rink, a winter playground, a fun conveyor belt for first skiing experiences and a sunbathing lawn.
Finally, the perfect way to round off an eventful day is with a unique après-ski experience in one of Söll’s après-ski bars.

In Söll, the Hexenwasser gondola lift takes you on a leisurely journey from the valley up into the stunning mountain landscape. In summer, it provides access to numerous attractions and day-out destinations, whilst in winter it takes you straight into the ski area. From the midway station at Hexenwasser, you can also take the Hohe Salve summit lift for a comfortable ride right to the top.

Söll is an ideal holiday destination for a wide variety of guests, both in summer and winter. Families can look forward to a diverse range of activities all year round – from nature-based experiences in summer to perfectly groomed slopes in winter. At the same time, sports enthusiasts of all ages will find perfect conditions throughout the year – whether hiking and cycling or skiing and other winter activities. In summer, fans of the TV series ‘Bergdoktor’ also have the chance to experience the famous‘Gruberhof’from the popular show up close.

In Söll, summer events not to be missed include the convivial ‘Z’sammkemma’, the lively ‘Söller Freitag’, the traditional cattle drive and the popular ‘Bergdoktor’ mountain festival.
Söll also has plenty to offer in winter: the festive New Year’s reception and the special St Patrick’s Day Week invite you to join in the celebrations – the latter is unique to Söll and is not held in this form in any other town in the Wilder Kaiser region.

In Söll, there are plenty of wonderful ways to cool off on hot days. Lake Ahornsee, with its clear water and sunbathing lawns, is the perfect spot for a relaxing dip right in the village. At Hexenwasser Hochsöll, Kneipp facilities, water stations and barefoot trails offer a fun way to cool off in the mountains. Along the Stampfangerbach stream, you’ll also find quiet, shady spots to dip your feet in the cool water and enjoy nature.
