Description
The hike starts at the church in the centre of Scheffau. From there, follow the road downhill in a southerly direction. Shortly before the fire station, the path branches off into the forest on the left. The forest trail follows the stream and passes rest areas, play stations, the open-air inhalation facility (graduation tower), as well as the remains of an old lime kiln.
The path then climbs gently and leads along the edge of the Oberfeld district back towards the village centre. Between Gasthof Weberbauer and the former Gasthof Maikircher, turn right and follow the pavement along...
