The Wilder Kaiser GuestCard is issued free of charge when you check in at your booked accommodation and is valid for the entire duration of your stay. Don’t forget to carry your GuestCard with you – discounts and included services are only available upon presentation of the Wilder Kaiser GuestCard.

The small contribution helps ensure that the trails, facilities and experiences in the Wilder Kaiser region are maintained to a high standard. Did you know that imperial offers and services are also available to all locals, employees of the region or residents of leisure residences? The Citizen, Staff and Leisure Residence Card offers a wide range of attractive discounts.

The Wilder Kaiser Guest Card is a free discount card for visitors to the Wilder Kaiser region around Ellmau, Going, Scheffau, and Söll. It offers complimentary services, transportation options, and discounts at participating businesses.

The Guest Card is provided free of charge upon arrival directly by the accommodation you booked. The accommodation can also send a digital Guest Card to your smartphone before your vacation begins. Please contact your accommodation directly for this.

Yes, the Guest Card is primarily available in digital form and can be sent to your smartphone before your arrival. This means you can easily access it on your mobile device at any time.

With the GästeCard, you can use various bus services in the region for free, depending on the season. These include, for example, the KaiserJet, the evening village bus, hiking and ski buses, as well as select regional bus routes.

The card offers discounts on services such as childcare in the ski area, rentals (including bike and ski rentals), attractions, swimming pools, hiking maps at tourist information centers, and tickets for the Sommerbergbahn.

No, the Wilder Kaiser GästeCard does not offer any discounts on mountain railways or ski passes during the winter. Discounts apply only to summer mountain railways.

The Guest Card is valid only if the property owner has completed the registration process; it is non-transferable and must be presented to participating merchants. Services are subject to change, and unused or unavailable offers will not be replaced.
