KaiserWelt Scheffau is located between the mountain station of the Scheffau–Brandstadl 8-seater gondola lift and the Brandstadl mountain restaurant.
Step through the castle gate into the KaiserWald and a world of adventure unfolds – with castle walls, a climbing wall, treehouses, play equipment and much more to discover for young and old alike. There are challenges to conquer and forest secrets waiting to be uncovered. Those who manage to find all the hidden diamonds in the KaiserWald can collect a special surprise at the valley station ticket office. And right next door, the KaiserWelt playground invites kids to run wild and play to their heart’s content.

Would you like to have breakfast with the morning sun? The mountain inns Jochstub'n, Kummerer Alm, Au Hoch-Alm, Tanzbodenalm and Neualm offer you breakfast on the mountain to start your KaiserWelt adventure energised.
Important information
You can reach the KaiserWelt quickly and easily with the Brandstadlbahn cable car in Scheffau. The ascent with the 8-seater gondola lift is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The valley station is located next to the Lofererstraße B178 and offers plenty of free parking spaces for your fun on the mountain.

The Jochstub'n See is a popular excursion destination on the Brandstadl alongside the KaiserWelt. There you can hike, play and enjoy the impressive view in picturesque surroundings. Sitting comfortably in a deckchair, you can let your gaze wander over the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Alps. Find inner peace and leave everyday life behind you.
Dogs are very welcome at the Brandstadl – but please keep your four-legged friend on a lead at all times and ensure they are well supervised. Dogs are not permitted in the water, and any waste must be cleaned up immediately.
