Description

Start the hike at the cable car in Scheffau and follow the yellow signs to Brandstadl KaiserWelt (trail no. 40). At the bridge, cross the gravel parking lot on the right behind the petrol station and then turn right again onto the asphalt path, which you follow uphill until you turn right onto a narrower path into the forest. Follow the hiking trail no. 40 past the Berggasthof Hochlechen to Neualm. From there, continue uphill and past the Tanzbodenalm on the right to the Brandstadl mountain restaurant.
