Just over an hour from Innsbruck, Salzburg and Munich, the Kaiser Mountains rise in the eastern part of Tyrol. The Wilder Kaiser massif lies roughly between Kitzbühel and Kufstein, with the four Kaiser towns of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll nestled along its sunny side.
