Description
The winter hike starts at the Scheffau Tourist Information Office. From there, the route initially follows the road towards Hintersteiner See and the Rehbach Gorge. As the Rehbach Gorge is closed in winter, continue along the road towards Hintersteiner See. After around 500 metres, turn right at the 90° left-hand bend and follow the path running parallel to the Rehbach Gorge to the Gaisberg car park and on to the Schießling–Leiten junction.
