Description
This tour takes you from Going to the Astberg with its panoramic views and back to the village.
It heads through forest and meadows, with a particular attraction being the fantastic view over the Kaisergebirge and the Kitzbüheler Horn mountain.
Start the tour at the hiking starting point Going Zentrum (former Tourismus Info Going) (764m) and follow the village road (Dorfstraße). Pass the Raiffeisenbank and turn right over the bridge towards the church square. After the kEISer ice cream factory, keep left and turn into the Söllnerweg. Follow the signpost for “Hollenauer Kreuz”.
