The free transfer is available exclusively for guests staying at participating “Green Travel” accommodation.

Please book your shuttle as soon as you’ve booked your train – but no later than 72 hours before arrival. Availability is limited due to the number of seats. Transfer bookings can only be made during our office hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.

If no seats are available, you can book a private transfer from the train station her], or use the free public bus service to the region with your GuestCard.

Luggage

Two suitcases and one piece of hand luggage are transported free of charge per person.

Sports luggage

We are happy to register your sports equipment for transport. For space reasons, the transport company needs to know exactly what you are bringing with you in advance. Please specify the number of additional pieces of luggage you have. You are responsible for paying for the transport of sports equipment. After booking, you will receive a payment link from us by email.
