Z'sammkemma in Söll

Every Wednesday in summer

“Söll and its guests together” is the guiding motto of Z’sammkemma, the weekly summer get-together in the heart of the village.

Every Wednesday evening, Gabriel Eder, head of the local tourism office, warmly welcomes both locals and holidaymakers to the pedestrian zone. Traditional music groups play authentic folk pieces without amplification, creating a relaxed atmosphere and inviting everyone to gather around the village round tables.

A special highlight of the evening is the performance by the Schuhplattler Söll. Schuhplattler is a traditional Alpine folk dance in which dancers rhythmically clap their hands and slap their thighs, knees, and shoes in time with lively folk music—an energetic and joyful expression of Tyrolean culture that brings a true Kaiser Mountains atmosphere into the village.

During the event, long-standing regular guests are honoured, and visitors can enjoy regional culinary specialities at the market stalls. These include traditional Krapfen and other Tyrolean specialities — savoury and sweet local treats that are rarely found on everyday menus.
Z’sammkemma is an informal evening of music, tradition, and togetherness—bringing locals and guests closer in the unmistakable setting of Söll.
