Trucks and buses are not permitted during this time!
On 13.05.2026 there will be a total closure for all vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, etc.). On this day, the Alm and the hiking starting point can only be reached on foot.

Description

Parking at the "Wochenbrunner Alm" in Ellmau (Parking fee in summer € 5,- per day)

The parking lot is located at the Wochenbrunner Alm (1,085m) in Ellmau.

Camping is prohibited in this parking lot.

During the winter & summer season, there is also a hiking bus (free with Wilder Kaiser guest card) that operates daily between the Ellmau village/Bauhof stop and the hiking starting point Wochenbrunner Alm.
