Parking at the "Wochenbrunner Alm" in Ellmau (Parking fee in summer € 5,- per day)

The parking lot is located at the Wochenbrunner Alm (1,085m) in Ellmau.

Camping is prohibited in this parking lot.

During the winter & summer season, there is also a hiking bus (free with Wilder Kaiser guest card) that operates daily between the Ellmau village/Bauhof stop and the hiking starting point Wochenbrunner Alm.

Vordere Karlspitze

The climbing area of the Vordere Karlspitze is divided into southwest-, south- and eastwall. On these walls are numerous tours of all levels and difficulty and some challenging climbs in a varied rock with alpine character. The Gaudeamushütte mountain inn is recommended as a cozy base with its homemade delicacies and its sun terrace. The following are three example tours.
