The tasteful own creations of the Wild Cheese - the spicy Tyrolean Alpine soft cheese (big stinker) and the milder Tyrolean Mountain Camembert (little stinker) - will first open the mouth and then the heart of connoisseurs. What began in 1995 as a timid attempt has been a guarantee for gold, fame and honour ever since. And that goes for a highly sensitive product like soft cheese.
