Welcome to "Mitterer" Bakery – a family business with over 130 years of tradition, now in its fifth generation. Here, the focus is on quality, genuine craftsmanship and time-honoured recipes.

Every loaf is made with great care: from handmade pre-ferments to our own wheat and rye sourdough. We deliberately avoid chemical additives and industrial ready-made mixes. Steam and natural sourdough bring out the distinctive flavour – just like in grandmother’s day.

At our Söll location, this art of baking is combined with cosy enjoyment: start your day with a delicious breakfast in the café or on the terrace.
