On 12th August, you can marvel at a partial solar eclipse from the Hohe Salve. The peak of the eclipse will be around 8.10 pm. The cable car runs until 9.00 pm and will take you comfortably to the best vantage point.

Experience the partial solar eclipse on 12th of August on the Hohe Salve – with impressive views of the mountains.
The spectacle will reach its peak at around 8:10 p.m., shortly before sunset. For this special natural spectacle, the Hohe Salve gondola lift will remain in operation until 9:00 p.m. and will take you comfortably up to the best vantage point.

The event will only take place in good weather.
