Description

Family Niederacher is happy to welcome you here at the “Sunseit”!

Our house is located in a quiet are with wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
The centre, where you can find restaurants, cafés, bars and shops, is within short reach.

Aloisia Niederacher has owned our small family business for the last 40 years and starting from summer 2018 we, Sabine and Peter, will follow in her footsteps.

Just some small changes:
The rooms and the kitchen on the first floor of our house will be reconstructed, because we plan an apartment for 2 to 6 people. The second floor will...

Free parking directley in front of the house.

Coming from Kufstein, the first exit at the roundabout, keep right after about 200m, at the fire station turn left, turn into the village. After about 200m, after the doctor (Dr. Bado/Dr.Ascher) turn sharp right and straight to the district "Sonnbichl" - past the school, the 2nd house on the left.
