Description

Our appartements are cosy and comfortable with wonderful views of the Hohe Salve and Wilder Kaiser mountains, approx. 10 minutes walking distance from the village and lake Ahornsee. In the garden there is a swimming pool, which - under good wheather conditions - can be used.

The ski bus stops at only 80 metres of our house and brings you free of charges in 5 minutes to the gondola. Cross country tracks are at 100 metres. In summer the Wilderkaiserjet (stop at 100 mtrs.) drives daily between Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau and Going vv.

In the summersaison the kaiserjet-bus stops at 100 m. from the house and brings you free of charge to Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau and Going every day of the week.

In the basement there is a rack for skies and (heated) rack for shoes. Parking is possible in front of the house. Business WIFI is available.

If the apartment is delivered according to the rules as prescribed we charge an endcleaningfee of € 70,- (Hase/Igel); € 90,- (Fuchs) and € 100,- (Eichhorn).

Drive at the roundabout in direction of the Firebrigade. Go to the right at the Firebrigade station and at 800 Mtr. you will find our house on the right hand side.
Our house is at some 10 minutes walkingdistance from the town center.

Prepayments in accordance with contract.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top. Wir haben in der Igel-Wohnung gewohnt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war für uns, 5 Pers. mit 2 Teenager, groß genug. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Eichhorn und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist wohl eine recht neue Wohnung und alles war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Unterhaltungskosten wie Essen gehen, einkaufen und Skipass fanden wir sehr teuer. Da muss man sich überlegen, ob man das mit 4 Personen jedes Jahr machen möchte.

Prachtig appartement (Eichhorn), ruim, schoon, netjes. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Zwembad is heel fijn voor eind van de middag. Goede ligging, veel te doen in directe omgeving. Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, perfekte Lage zu den Skigebieten, sehr freundliche Vermieter - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir noch: Badematte bzw. Duschvorleger wären nicht schlecht, dann würde der Fußboden trocken bleiben ( im Bad neben der Wohnungstür schließt die Duschwand nicht dicht), bei der Küchenausstattung fehlte uns ein Toaster. Und der Fernseher ist für das große Wohnzimmer doch etwas zu klein :-D Das sind aber nur Verbesserungsvorschläge, keine wirklichen Mängel !

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf die Berge und das Schwimmen im beheizten Pool mit dieser Aussicht ist einfach toll. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber! Küchenschränke und Backofen waren nicht sauber, das Geschirr war größtenteils angeschlagen und sehr alt. Den angebotenen Brötchenservice gab es nicht.

Gastgeber super! zur allg. Zufriedenheit: Masken in der Bergbahn total unsinnig, da in der frischen Luft. Dass das immer noch nicht angekommen ist und für den Winter noch verschärft werden soll, ist einfach nicht zu verstehen. Das hilft keinem, macht eher noch krank, wenn die Masken in der Hosentasche verstaut werden, was beim Wandern (und Skifahren) einfach der Fall sein wird. Und dann noch FFP2 im Winter! Wo sehr viele FFP2 Masken durch Rapex zurückgerufen worden sind, da sie schädliche Stoffe enthalten. Da brauch ich auch frische Bergluft, wenn ich mir so ein Ding vor das Gesicht schnallen muss! Winterurlaub also zum zweiten Mal LEIDER NICHT in Österreich :-( Liebe Grüße, B.Staude

Haus Fabel bietet einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Nachtrodelbahn und die Familienabfahrt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Ansonsten stimmen Fotos und Ausstattung nicht überein. Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine typische Tiroler Gemütlichkeit. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt neben der Bundesstraße. Es war dadurch nachts sehr laut. Ansonsten war es aber top.
