Our house is situated away from all the hustle and bustle in a quiet location yet not far from the centre of Söll.

Located in the middle of the breathtaking mountain scenery, our house is the perfect starting point for numerous hiking tours. Furthermore, the bus stop is only a stone’s throw away.

If you stay with us, you can enjoy a “carless” holiday.

At the holiday apartments Obinghof children do definitely not come up short: we have a big playground with a swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline, small tractors, toys and much more. Due to the fact that our farm is not located next to a busy street it is indeed a paradise for every child.

The Franzlhof with the mini golf course is only a 2 minutes’ walk away and we offer a selection of games and books for children.

Wir, Monika und Hans-Peter Niederacher vermieten ab Sommer 2018 mit viel Liebe und Herz unsere neu erbauten Ferienwohnungen.

Wir leben auf einen Mehrgenerationenhof, wo Mutter Elisabeth im ersten Stock Zimmer mit Frühstück anbietet und wir als Jungfamilie neben unserer Landwirtschaft seit 2018 unser zwei neuen erbauten Ferienwohnungen vermieten.
