A shared storage room allows for the secure storage of skis and ski boots in winter, as well as bicycles in summer. The communal garden behind the house is available to all guests and invites relaxation and enjoyment of warm summer evenings with its garden house. We ask for mutual consideration.

Coming from Kufstein, drive on the B173 towards Söll. Pass through the roundabout in Söll, go past the gas station, and after about 700 meters, turn left. Drive up the steep incline, take the first left, and then the first driveway on the left. Check-in from 3:00 PM, access via key box with code.
