Yoga in the park

What could be more beautiful than practicing yoga in the open air, your feet in the meadow, surrounded by lush greenery, birdsongs and with a view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain?
We spend time together with simple yoga, feeling and relaxation exercises as well as gentle sounds of instruments.
We use the conscious time for ourselves and our body. Let go of the old and recharge our batteries! Movement and relaxation, a wonderful mixture to get back to yourself consciously.  No previous knowledge is required!
