Hiking starting point Pensin Maier, Scheffau (922 m)

Heading from Wörgl, Kufstein or St. Johann on the B178 road, take the exit to Scheffau and drive through the village as you continue in the direction of the Hintersteiner See. Once you reach the lake, keep following the road to the western bank. Continue on to the Pension Maier refreshment stop/guesthouse and the hiking starting point. The pay & display car park is located behind Pension Maier.

Go to KaiserJet/Postbus stop “Scheffau Dorf”, then ride the Hintersteiner See lake bus to “Jausenstation Maier”.
