The swimming season 2026 has ended and the beach bath is closed. We will reopen around mid May 2027, depending on temperatures and weather conditions.

Description

The Hintersteiner Lake - a natural gem with drinking water quality!
Underground springs fill it with mountain-fresh water, reflecting the impressive mountain peaks on its surface. However, what makes it truly unique is swimming in its refreshing and crystal-clear water on a hot summer day or after an extensive hike in the Kaiser Mountains. In the summer months, it warms to an average temperature between 20 and 22 degrees.
