In everyday life, we are often in our heads – full of questions, searching for answers, sometimes held back by beliefs or fears. Trance Dance is an invitation to step out right here and return to yourself.
Dancing is the most intuitive thing a person can do. You don't have to be able to dance – it's all about intuitive, natural movement. In this meditative process, we dance with blindfolds. Covering the eyes leads you to inner reflection, closer to yourself. This creates space for answers to your questions, for inner images, and for a deeper, grounded arrival at yourself.
