What to expect: A yoga practice where laughter is welcome, and the good feeling afterwards – having done something for yourself. The class is suitable for all levels. Depending on the focus, we practice for more grounding, deceleration, joy, or for relaxation and letting go.
How we practice: The basis of the classes is Vinyasa Yoga. The physical exercises, known as asanas, are not practiced individually but are linked together in flowing movements.
