The Deep Rest ...a conscious pause from the constant overload of everyday life. An hour in which you allow your nervous system to let go and find balance again. The practice combines a talk with impulses and thoughts from yoga philosophy with meditation and pranayama and one to two very gentle / restorative asanas that support you in sitting well and relaxed or in completely letting go after the meditation and sinking into deep relaxation.
