The Deep Rest ...a conscious pause from the permanent overload of everyday life. An hour in which you allow your nervous system to let go and find balance again. The practice combines a talk with impulses and thoughts from yoga philosophy with meditation and pranayama and one to two very gentle / restorative asanas to help you sit well and relaxed or to completely let go after the meditation and sink into deep relaxation.
