Description

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga style that harmoniously combines breath and movement. The focus is on mindfulness and presence - both on the mat and in everyday life. In Power Vinyasa Flow, we practise flowing sequences from Ashtanga or Hatha yoga, synchronised with the breath. The aim is to find a balance between effort and lightness that also supports us in life.
