Description

Enjoy a relaxed guided hike through nature and leave everyday life behind. At selected, particularly beautiful spots, small impulses of forest bathing invite you to perceive the surroundings with all your senses, find inner peace, and learn interesting facts about the beneficial effects of the forest and its trees.

Approx. 400 m ascent | approx. 9 km | Children from 12 years of age accompanied by parents (must be sure-footed)

Registration: by the day before at 5:00 p.m. online or at a tourism info center in the Wilder Kaiser region
Participants: min. 3, max. 15 persons
Equipment: hiking clothing, good footwear, possibly poles, sitting...
