In 2022, the owners Reinhard and Andrea began to realise their dream - an exclusive holiday oasis that combines not only modern comfort but also traditional Alpine architecture.
After exciting months of planning and construction work, we are delighted to announce the completion of the three magnificent Kaiserluft chalets in autumn 2023.

Our three ultra-modern new buildings are located in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser and offer an unrivalled blend of luxury, comfort and nature experience.
The Kaiserluft chalets boast first-class facilities that meet the highest standards. Each chalet is equipped with solid wood Swiss stone pine beds, which ensure a restful night's sleep and create a pleasant indoor climate. The spacious kitchen invites you to experience culinary highlights and enjoy meals together in a cosy atmosphere.
The architecture of the chalets blends harmoniously into the surrounding nature. On the terraces, you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding Wilder Kaiser mountains. A private garden with a barbecue fireplace is available for you to spend balmy summer evenings socialising.
A special highlight awaits you in every Kaiserluft chalet - your own private sauna. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries after an active day in the mountains. The sauna not only offers physical well-being, but also a place of peace and relaxation.
Parking spaces are available for your vehicles in the underground car park, providing easy access to the chalets. The location on the quiet outskirts of Scheffau, around 600 metres from the village centre, guarantees an idyllic atmosphere and peace and quiet for a relaxing stay.
The region around Scheffau has another jewel in store for you - the Hintersteinersee.
