Our free skiing holiday for children under 6 at the Wilder Kaiser

The MiniSkiWeeks make your first skiing holiday with young children particularly easy: Families with children under the age of 6 can benefit from free services for their child during the promotional periods from 5th of December to 18th of December 2026 and 27th February to 29th March 2027 . From accommodation to ski hire and ski school, right through to childcare – an all-inclusive skiing holiday for all children under 6 . Naturally, the ski pass is also free for these children .

How do the MiniSki Weeks work?

  • Book a "MiniSkiWeeks" package at a participating accommodation
  • Along with your accommodation booking confirmation, you will receive an online registration form for ski hire, ski school or childcare
  • Choose a ski hire shop, a ski school or childcare facility near your accommodation
  • Fill in the registration form for ski hire, ski school or childcare and send it off
  • You will receive a booking confirmation directly from the relevant ski school or childcare centre
  • With ski hire companies, your equipment is always reserved, and in many (though not all) cases you will also receive a booking confirmation
  • On arrival, take your confirmation letters to the ski hire shop, the ski school and/or the childcare centre

The MiniSkiWeeks are a ski holiday offer for families with children under the age of 6. During the promotional period, children under the age of 6 receive free accommodation, a ski pass, ski hire, ski lessons or childcare on the slopes.

This offer is valid for families with children under the age of 6 staying at a participating accommodation in Ellmau, Going, Scheffau or Söll.

For children under the age of 6, accommodation, ski hire, ski school and childcare are free of charge at participating accommodation providers. Naturally, the ski pass for the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental is also free of charge for these children.

Yes. The free services apply only to children under the age of 6. Adults and children over the age of 6 pay the standard rate for their stay and the services they have booked.

Yes. The offer applies to up to two children under the age of 6 per full-paying adult.

The MiniSkiWeeks always take place in December and March. In the winter of 2026/27, the MiniSki Weeks will run from 5th of December to 18th of December 2026 and from 27th of February to 29th March 2027.

Yes. The free services are available exclusively at participating accommodations. You can find a list of participating hotels and holiday flats on this page.

The services included in the MiniSkiWeeks programme are bundled into the ‘MiniSkiWeeks’ package and are booked as such at the accommodation alongside the accompanying adults.

Along with your accommodation booking confirmation, you will receive a form for booking additional services such as ski hire, ski school or childcare. The free ski pass can be collected directly from the cable car ticket office on your first day of skiing.

The ski schools offer courses lasting 5 days (Sun–Thu), 4 days (Mon–Thu), 3 days (Sun–Tue & Wed–Fri) and a one-day taster course for beginners (Sun, Mon & Wed).
A free ski course is organised if three or more children are booked in.
