The Hans Berger House in the rear Kaisertal, which was completely renovated in 2009, is open from the beginning of May to mid-October. The Friends of Nature House - with a mountaineering school stationed at the house - has been run by the Huber family in the second generation for over forty years.
The rooms are equipped with bunk beds (bed linen is available), shower/WC are located in the corridor. A total of 48 beds are available in twin and multi-bed rooms.
The woods, meadows and mountains around the Hans Berger House offer numerous possibilities: easy hikes across lush alpine meadows and forests, mountaineering in the high alpine terrain, climbing tours on the slopes of the Wilder Kaiser - the largely untouched nature leaves hardly anything to be desired. After the tour, the rustic and cosy restaurant and the contemplative guest garden with its panoramic view invite you to stay and enjoy the imperial atmosphere.
Dogs allowed on request (€ 6,- cleaning fee)
