During a walk through the winter forest, I will share stories of rituals, myths, and customs - and how we can creatively incorporate conifer trees into our modern kitchens.
Afterwards, a Mountain Pine punch awaits us, along with small samples from the forest as well as a warming lunch inspired by Fir, Spruce, and Co. AND we will prepare a fine delicacy...
