The house is located at the center of Going am Wilden Kaiser and is right next to the local bus stop. In the basement you can find the sports shop "GoingSport", where you can rent or buy sports equipment if needed.

Both the "Majestro" and "Villaggio" apartments offer, in addition to a large balcony, further smaller balconies located at the rear of the building.

The apartment Majestro offers a modern living room with wooden ceilings, large windows and a fireplace. There is a wooden dining table, cozy seating furniture, and access to two balconies. The large balcony offers a large table with chairs and direct views of the Wilder Kaiser. On the smaller balcony you can find the whirlpool and enjoy the view towards the surrounding mountains.
The Villaggio apartment offers a modern living-dining room with wooden ceilings, large windows, and a fireplace stove. There is a wooden dining table, cozy seating furniture, and access to a large balcony. On the balcony, there is a table with chairs inviting you to linger. Enjoy the view of the Wilder Kaiser and the village of Going am Wilden Kaiser.
All modern bedrooms in the two apartments, "Majestro" and "Villaggio," feature wood paneling and offer comfortable double beds (180x200 cm) as well as a large wardrobe. Each room has access to an adjoining balcony and large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Both apartments offer large balconies with a large table and charis. Enjoy the views of the Wilder Kaiser, the Astberg and the village.
CasaGoingsport was newly built in 2023. During the renovation, sustainable construction methods were prioritized, using timber framing and featuring open-plan designs. A modern photovoltaic system on the roof provides the building with electricity. In the apartment entrance area, a picture of Lake Astberg adorns the wall, reflecting the beautiful natural surroundings of our region.
CasaGoingsport offers a lift that conveniently takes you to the two apartments.

In our basement you will find a comfortable storage area for your sports equipment (bicycles, skis). A boot dryer for ski boots is also located here. You are welcome to use the house's washing machine and dryer free of charge.
