In 2018, we, the Aigner family, had the privilege of taking over our beloved ancestral farm. Since then, we have been running it with great passion and joy.

Johannes takes care of our animals and the farmland with great enthusiasm, while Mama Andrea – who grew up on the farm herself – looks after the well-being of our guests and organizes the rentals.

Our Grandma Maria – affectionately called “Maridi” – managed the Fritzenhof together with her husband Jakob for many years. She was a true farmer and host with all her heart. Many of our loyal regular guests fondly remember the wonderful moments spent with her at the farm.

The history of the Fritzenhof goes back over 400 years. The first owner mentioned by name was “Ruepp Friz” in 1615 – who gave the farm its name.

For over 250 years, the Fritzenhof has been in family ownership. Out of connection with our history, our new holiday apartments are named after significant ancestors:

  • Simon “Sima” (1789–1878): A famous veteran of the Tyrolean freedom struggles

  • Johann “Hansl” (1826, mentioned 1881): A proud farmer and rebel known for his spirit of dissent

  • Maria “Maridi” (1942–2023): Our beloved grandma and the soul of the house

In 2022, we carefully renovated our historic farm and lovingly created new, cozy holiday apartments with great attention to detail. Today, the Fritzenhof combines true farm charm with modern comfort – for an unforgettable vacation in the midst of the Tyrolean mountains.

Direction Kufstein Süd then always in the direction of St. Johann. Pass the centre of Going until you reach the Stanglwirt. Turn right here in the direction of Reith/Kitzühel, pass the football pitch and you will see our farm on the right-hand side.

Homemade farmhouse bread and farm eggs upon availability.

Animals on the farm: cats, chickens, horses, pigs, rabbits. Calves and sheep (on the mountain pasture in summer)

Swiss stone pine sauna in the outdoor area usually in operation 3 times a week.

Swimming in the bathing pond at your own risk.
