Would you like to know more about what Shiatsu is?
Shiatsu is about getting your energy flowing and thus releasing blockages that can manifest themselves as pain or discomfort somewhere in the body. Similar to acupuncture, meridians and acupuncture points are the focus of this treatment.

However, Shiatsu uses finger pressure, stretching and rotation. It is also important to note that we work on a mat/padding on the floor. Please come in comfortable clothing.
