Yoga with me

Yoga stands for connection. The connection with yourself and everything around you. I myself have been following the path of yoga for almost 20 years. In 2020 I did my 200h yoga teacher training with Gabriela Bosic (according to the Yoga Alliance). Since then, I have been teaching at OM&CO and the Stanglwirt, among other places, and I continue to train. My style is characterised by my teachers Annika Isterling, Babra No, Gabriela Bosic, Tania Wimmer and their teachers.
