Tyrol's first snail farm!

The farm of our emperor snails of the variety "Helix Aspersa Maxima" is located in Ellmau on a small hill with a wonderful unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. Here, where the clear air of mountain and forest meet, there is an optimal feel-good climate for our breeding. If you want to see for yourself on site, we will gladly accept reservations for a snail farm tour with tasting.
