This is what you can expect: A yoga practice where laughter is allowed, leaving you with a good feeling of having done something for yourself. The class is suitable for all levels. Depending on the focus, we practice for more grounding, deceleration, joy, or to relax and let go.
How we practice: The basis of the classes is Vinyasa Yoga. The body exercises, known as asanas, are not practiced individually but are linked together in flowing movements.
