Sunset hike to the Zettenkaiserkopf
From the Walleralm, we first hike over a mountain meadow and then steeply uphill through the forest. We cross a short rope section to tackle the steepest part of the trail and follow the path. Just before the summit, we look forward to the incredible view. At the top, we enjoy the view of the Hintersteiner See and the surrounding mountain scenery, eagerly awaiting the sunset. Afterwards, equipped with headlamps, we make our way back down to the Stofflhütte. We end the day with a hearty board snack and drinks for those who wish. Afterwards, we take the shuttle back to Ellmau.

Sunset Mountain Hiking Tour to Zettenkaiserkopf
The meeting point is at the Top Kaiser Guides office, and you will take the shuttle to Walleralm. From there, the hike goes north, first over a pasture and then steeply up through the forest. Through a short rope passage, you’ll tackle the steepest part of the trail and follow the path. Just before the summit, you will leave the forest behind and enjoy the incredible view.
