Would you like to know more about what Shiatsu is?
Shiatsu is about getting your energy to flow and thereby resolving blockages that may manifest as pain or discomfort somewhere in the body. Similar to acupuncture, meridians and acupuncture points are emphasized. However, this method uses finger pressure, as well as stretches and rotations.

We work on a mat/padded surfaces on the floor. Please come in comfortable clothing.
